The Maps application for Apple, but a new option mapping has become an ordeal for users. When the company announced that the application would be available with the new mobile operating system iOS 6, also specified that not all functions would be available for all models of iPhone.
So there were no surprises when it launched. However, when users downloaded iOS 6 on September 19, proved not only that they could not use some of the features of maps but was rather vague in their locations, placing cities many miles of their actual location or being unable to find directions.

Cook continues his letter assuring that Apple have introduced the best features for maps from the first version of iOS 6 and held that 100 million users have chosen to download the new version of iOS on your Apple devices.
But while Apple improved maps, Cook encourages users to try "alternative" from the App Store. Thus, the application recommends Bing Get Me There by Microsoft, MapQuest or Waze, even "use Google Maps or accessed from their websites and create a shortcut on the screen."
