Samsung "passes" to negotiate with Apple

The ongoing tug of war between the two companies will continue. Neither by hook or by crook, Samsung wants to negotiate "at all" with Apple as the Cupertino came with the Taiwanese HTC with a patent license agreement. And it intends to negotiate "at all."

This was considered the head of Samsung's mobile division, Shin Jong-kyun, who has said that, at present, South Korea is considering the possibility of reaching some agreement with Apple, as she has done the Taiwanese HTC this week in the heat of battle in the courts over patent infringement over the world.

As recorded by Korean news agency "Yonhap News," Jong-kyun has come out against the negocación showing with its competitor. "It may be true that HTC has agreed to pay $ 276 million to Apple, but we do not intend to negotiate at all," he says.

This war has been open since April 2011 and, if at any time someone could think that the conflict could be settled through discussions between the two, Samsung is responsible for removing this theory. Apple sued HTC in 2010, accusing the Taiwanese mobile phone company of violating patented technology for the iPhone maker. It was the first major Apple legal battle against a manufacturer that used the Google Android operating system
