Tornado season arrived early this year to the area, and forced millions of people take refuge. Hundreds of buildings were damaged, but so far no reports of injuries. "I saw a truck flying through the air like toys"

About a dozen tornadoes hit tonight (Wednesday) in Dallas, Texas, sowing destruction on their way and throw into the trucks, but so far no reports of injuries. The local National Weather Service reported that ten to 12 tornadoes were observed, a huge storm raging in the metropolitan area of Dallas, the fourth largest in the United States.

According to reports, hundreds of homes and businesses were damaged in storms, which began at noon, while school and places of commerce were open and crowded. Most from 6.3 million residents in the area were forced to take shelter, shelters or other protected spaces. "We saw roofs are thrown into the air, completely flattened houses, tractors were shot down," reported Jesse Moore. Toranaga one even blizzard blew trucks "like toys," said truck driver Michael Glennon Reuters. "I saw a truck - trailer is falling apart into pieces and thrown to a height of 15-30 meters."

It seems that the lack of casualties so far is a very lucky, at least one after tornadoes passed about 200 yards from an elementary school in Arlington, near Dallas. "We had to stay lying on the floor for two hours," one student said, "There was no electricity, so it was very dark and hot."

Now the storm is approaching Oklahoma , Arkansas and Louisiana - and possibly more tornadoes will be created later. Weather paralyzed the local transport and the airport of Dallas - one of the busiest in the world. Hundreds of flights were canceled, and thousands of passengers have to wait until the end of the storm. Texas Governor Rick Perry urged citizens follow the safety instructions and avoid going out in the highways and roads. "These devastating tornadoes show us how quickly Mother Nature can strike our country," Perry said in a statement.

Tornado season started early this year and the beginning of 2012 already 57 people were killed as a result of storms in the region. Authorities worry that it would be recovery of 2011, the deadliest year for storms in the past century, then came to about -550 Hhargim where humans and the total damage cost of weather disasters climbed a peak of 26 billion dollars.
